髋关节置换术中股骨假体周围骨折的临床影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探究髋关节置换术中,股骨假体周围骨折的临床影响因素。方法:选取2006年1月~2016年1月容城县中医医院实行髋关节置换术的800例患者。分析患者的年龄、性别等一般资料,以及手术中患者股骨假体周围骨折的发生情况。将患者的性别、年龄、固定类型等因素,与患者的股骨假体周围骨折的发生情况进行回归分析,探究进行髋关节置换术的患者,其股骨假体周围骨折的临床影响因素。结果:在800例进行髋关节置换术的患者中,有55例患者出现了股骨假体周围骨折的状况,发生率为6.88%。其中A型有33例,B型有19例,C型有3例。结论:髋关节置换术中,影响股骨假体周围骨折的因素主要有性别、年龄和固定类型,其中女性、高龄和生物型假体固定的发生率比较高,应在临床手术前进行充分评估,选择合理的手术方式。 Objective:Toexplore after hip arthroplasty,the clinical influence factors for periprosthetic femoral fractures.Methods:From the author's hospital in January 2014 to January 2016 implementation of 800 cases of hip replacement surgery.General information on age,sex and other analysis of the patient,as well as post-surgical patients around the femoral fractures were observed.The patient's sex,age,type of fixed factors such as the patient's femoral prosthesis occurrence of fractures regression analysis to explore patients undergoing hip replacement surgery,clinical factors surrounding its femoral fractures.Results:In 800 cases were hip replacement surgery,55 patients had periprosthetic femoral fractures situation,the rate was 6.88 percent.Conclusion:After hip arthroplasty,factors periprosthetic femoral fractures mainly gender,age and type of fixation,including women,the elderly and biological prosthesis fixed rate is relatively high,should be fully assessed before clinical operation,a reasonable choice surgery.
