塔北地区超深井低压易漏长封固段固井技术 被引量:11

Cementing Technologies for Long Cementing Intervals with Low Pressure and Leakage in Extra-deep Wells, Northern Tarim Basin

摘要 塔里木油田塔北地区目的储层碳酸盐油藏深井超深井较多,该地区地质构造复杂,同一裸眼段存在多套压力系数,二叠系火成岩裂缝发育,井壁易垮塌掉块,井筒上下温差较大,施工压力高,固井质量无法保证,给固井带来了极大地挑战。从塔北地区深井低压易漏长裸眼段固井的难点出发,结合该地区目前广泛采用的技术现状,从固井前准备、高性能水泥浆体系应用、固井工艺优化选择及现场施工4个方面提出对应的配套技术措施,并进行了现场实践,取得了良好的效果,对区块深井超深井固井及面临的问题有了新的认识。 In northern Tarim Basin, there are plenty of deep or extra- deep wells which their target is carbonate- rock reservoirs.This area is featured by complex geological structure, multiple pressure coefficients existing at the same open hole, and many fractures developed well in the Permian igneous rocks. And during a cementing, the wall collapse, big temperature different within the wellbore,and high operation pressure may bring about more challenge and poor cementing quality. In this study, some corresponding technologies are suggested in terms of four aspects including preparation before the cementing, an application of advanced cement slurry system, optimization of cementing technologies, and site cementing.These technologies have been used and also obtained a better result. And cementing in deep or extra deep wells and the problems come into a new light.
