摘要
塔北地区深井超深井较多,油气井井深普遍超过5000 m,甚至达到7000 m。同一裸眼段地层存在多套压力系数,井筒上下温差大,井底循环温度波动极其敏感,固井时环空易窜流且存在盐膏层,这些因素给塔北地区深井超深井固井带来了极大的挑战,固井质量无法保证。结合塔里木油田塔北地区地质特点和井眼条件,分析了塔北地区深井超深井固井施工难点,针对各自难点提出了相应的解决措施,并以轮南11-4井为例进行了应用分析。
In northern Tarim Basin, there are many deep and ultra-deep wells, with burial depth over 5000m or even up to 7000 m. Some factors including multiple pressure parameters in the same openhole section, large tem-perature difference between upper and lower parts of wellbore, the sensitivity to bottomhole circulating temperature fluctuation, and channeling and salt-gypsum bed existing in annulus, may bring about great difficulties during ce-menting. So, the cementing quality can not be ensured. Based on the geologic characteristics and borehole conditions of this basin, these difficulties were analyzed and their countermeasures were put forward. Field application was carried out in Lunnan 11-4 well.
