摘要
大牛地气田具有低压、低渗、个别井段易漏和固井后易气窜的明显特点,因此,对于储层的保护显得相当重要,气田对固井工程来说,在保证固井质量的同时尽量减少进入地层的水泥浆滤液和水泥浆颗粒,最大限度地保护气层。在2004年之前大牛地气田固井质量极不稳定,通过分析研究,发现水泥浆的性能严重影响固井质量。针对水泥浆性能影响固井质量的原因分析,通过水泥浆体系和水泥石的室内试验与评价,优选出适合本工区的水泥浆体系,固井质量取得了比较理想的效果。
For the characteristics of low pressure, low permeability, easy leaking in some intervals and easy gas channeling in Daniudi gas field, the reservoir protection becomes more important. During cementing operation, less cement slurry should be gone into formation in the condition of good cementing quality. Cementing quality is unstable in Daniudi gas field before 2004 due to poor cement slurry performance. Based on analyzing the influence of cement slurry performance on cementing quality, lab. experiment and evaluation of cement slurry and cement stone are done and cement slurry system suitable for Daniudi gas field is optimized. The system is used in Daniudi reservoir, the good cementing quality is got.
