摘要 目的:分析门诊医生服务态度中存在的问题,探讨其服务态度改进的方向。方法:通过查阅大量相关文献,归纳、总结、分析目前门诊医生服务态度存在的问题。结果:门诊医生在工作中存在未按时开诊、顺序就诊,忽视对患者隐私的保护,并在诊治过程中存在缺乏耐心、同情心、责任感的服务现象。结论:医院应加强对门诊医生医德医风和工作纪律教育,增强其服务意识,转变其服务观念;门诊医生应主动加强医患沟通,维护患者尊严,保护患者隐私。 Objective:To analysis the problems existing in the outpatient doctor service attitude, to explore the direction of the service attitude of improvement.Methods:by consulting a large number of relevant literature, induction,summary and analysis of the current problems existing in the outpatient doctor service attitude.Results:the outpatient doctor at work, did not begin on time, in order to ignore the protection of patient privacy,and in the process of diagnosis and treatment is a lack of patience, compassion, responsibility, service.Conclusion:hospital should strengthen the clinic doctors and work discipline of medical ethics changing the service idea;Clinic doctors should actively promote dignity of the patients and protect the patient's privacy.
