摘要 针对大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛中对惯性小车设计的要求,依据理论力学和机械设计基本知识,选择合理的结构形式,设计出一种无动力惯性驱动直线行驶的纯绿色环保型小车。通过Solid Works建模仿真和基于不同参数的实车调试发现:设计的小车结构简单,性能良好,符合竞赛要求,在竞赛中可以跑完38 m标准赛道。 Based on the requirements of inertial car design in modern undergraduate engineering training competition, according to the basic knowledge of theoretical mechanics and mechanical design, through choosing reasonable structure, a kind of pure green free dynamic in- ertia driving straight driving car was designed. Through SolidWorks modeling and simulation and real vehicle test based on different parameters, it is shown that the designed car has simple structure, good performance, in accordance with the competition requirements. It can run 38 m standard track in the race.
