摘要 江苏省第三届大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛的设计作品为无碳小车,并在往年的基础上提出了进行变距的要求,根据能量转换原理,利用重力势能驱动带动具有方向控制功能的小车行走规定的路径。依据机械原理和机械设计基本知识,选择合理的结构形式,设计出一种完全依靠重力驱动行驶并可以变距的绿色环保型小车,通过MATLAB进行轨迹模拟和实车调试发现:设计的小车不仅结构简单,性能良好,并且适应行走不同间距的障碍物,符合了竞赛的要求。 The third college students engineering training comprehensive ability of design competition in Jiangsu province is for the carbon-free car works, and puts forward higher requirements on the basis of the previous years, variable-pitch. According to the principle of energy conversion, the use of the gravitational potential energy driver to drive the car walks the prescribed path with directional control functions. According to mechanical principles and basic knowledge of mechanical design, selection and reasonable structure form, design a completely rely on gravity-driven and can pitch with green-car, trajectory simulation by MATLAB and debugging real car found: the design of the car simple structure, good performance, Walking and adapt to different spacing of obstacles in line with the competition requirements.
