摘要
教师被人们推崇为知识的宝库、人类灵魂的工程师,曾享有很高的教育权威。现今我国进入网络发展迅猛的"互联网+"时代,赋予教师权威新内涵的同时也面临诸多挑战。"互联网+"时代,知识更新速度迅速、获取渠道多样化导致知识中心转移,使教师失去知识权威地位;部分教师行为失当导致教师形象受损,学生叛逆心理严重等方面造成教师权威受到挑战。产生这些挑战的原因是由于"互联网+"时代信息传播速度加快、传播途径增多与其带来的思想碰撞。要应对教师权威面临的挑战,教师应适应变革,提升自身素养与加强道德修养,提升个人魅力。
Teachers have been praised as the treasure of knowledge, the engineers of the human soul and have enjoyed a very high education authority. Now China has entered the rapid development of the network ＂Internet plus＂ era, giving the new connotation of teachers＇ authority which facing many challenges at the same time. In ＂Internet plus＂ era, increasing knowledge update speed and the diversity way of acquiring knowledgelead to the teachers lost of their knowledge authority. Some teachers＇ misconduct have damaged teachers＇ image and led to students＇ serious psychological rebellion, which has brought challenges to teachers＇ authority. The cause of these challenges is due to the minds collision resulted from the increasing information dissemination speed and the dissemination way in ＂Internet plus＂ era of. In view of the challenges faced by the authority of teachers, teachers should adapt to the changes, improve their own quality, strengthen their moral cultivation and enhance personal charm.
