包装方式对单组分硅酮密封胶贮存稳定性的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过95℃加速老化试验和双85试验,研究了PET复合镀铝膜软包装、铝膜纸瓶和PE塑料瓶3种包装方式对4类单组分硅酮密封胶(醇型杂色胶、酮肟型杂色胶、酮肟型透明胶和酸性透明胶)产品贮存稳定性的影响。结果表明,PET复合镀铝膜软包装密封效果最好,适合长期贮存、跨海运输以及高温高湿地区的贮存;铝膜纸瓶适合中期贮存;PE塑料瓶仅适合短期贮存或酸性透明胶的中期贮存。 The influences of three packaging methods on storage stability of forth kinds of one-component silicone sealants including alcohol type variegated sealant, ketoxime type variegated sealant, ketoxime type transparent sealant and acid transparent sealant are studied by 95℃ accelerated aging test and 85℃ and 85% RH aging test. The results show that PET composite aluminum flexible packaging has the best sealing effect and is suitable for long-term storage, sea transport and storage in high temperature and high humidity areas. Aluminum paper bottle is suitable for medium-term storage. PE bottle is only suitable for short-term storage or medium-term storage of acid transparent sealant.
