摘要
采用不同配比的N220聚醚与N330聚醚进行了预聚体合成及密封剂制备的研究。结果表明:随着N330聚醚用量的增加,密封剂伸长率的变化较大,拉伸强度的波动幅度不大,但随预聚体质量分数的提高而提高。用混合聚醚制备的密封剂的综合性能优于单独采用一种聚醚制成的密封剂。
The experiments were carried out by using different ratios of N220 and N330 polyether. The results showed that elongation of sealant was changed significantly and tensile strength of sealant was hardly affected with increase of N330 polyether and found that tensile strength of sealant were increased with increase of prepolymer mass fraction. The characteristics of sealant which produced by mixed polyether were better than sole polyether.
