摘要
简述了我国现阶段现代有轨电车的噪声限值要求,以测试数据给出了典型现代有轨电车的噪声水平现状,系统分析了现代有轨电车的声源分布和噪声产生机理。针对现代有轨电车噪声特性及其产生机理,提出了车内外噪声控制的关键技术。研究结果表明:轮轨噪声是现代有轨电车的主导声源,通过弹性车轮和嵌入式轨道结构实现轮轨噪声声源控制,通过风挡隔声控制和结构传声路径控制实现车内噪声控制是有轨电车减振降噪的关键技术所在。
The noise limits of modern tram in China are briefly introduced,the noise level of a typical modern tram is given by the test data.On this basis,the sound source distribution and the mechanism of modern tram noise are analyzed systematically.According to the characteristics and the mechanism of modern tram noise,the key control technologies of vehicle interior and exterior noise are put forward.The research shows that the wheel/rail noise is the dominant sound source of modern tram,and the key control technology of wheel/rail vibration and noise is to adopt resilient wheel and embedded rail track,increase the sound insulation of windshield,decrease the structure-borne sound transmission through adopting antilik and anti-side roll torsional bar.This research serves as a good reference for low noise tram design and noise reduction.
