现代有轨电车轨道的轨腰护块结构研究

摘要 轨道包裹的功能发挥关系到现代有轨电车的长期运营安全以及乘客和沿线居民的舒适性,其中的轨腰护块在隔离、承压、减振上均发挥着主要的作用。结合国内运营线暴露的通病,从轨腰护块的基本需求出发,对结构断面进行了大幅优化,将传统单块式断面优化为内外侧断面,保证内侧完整密贴钢轨的同时,在钢轨纵向上实现了内、外侧块错缝衔接的模式,提高了轨道包裹的密封阻水性能,也利于杂散电流防护。此外,提出了在混合路权段,轨腰护块的横截面空腔率不大于25%的建议值,以适应混合路权道路高承压性的需求。 The performance of track package system is related to the long-term tram operational safety, the comfort of passengers and residents along the line. In the system, rail waist block plays a major role in isolation, pressure-bearing and vibration reduction. Combined with the common problems existing on the operation lines in China, and from the basic requirements of the rail waist block, the structural section is greatly optimized, the traditional one-block section is updated to a double-block section, in order to ensure that the inner side is closely attached to the rail. In the longitudinal direction of the rail, the connecting mode of inner and outer blocks to different seams is achieved, which not only improves the sealing and waterproof performance of the track package system,but is also beneficial to the stray current protection. In addition, the recommended value of the rail waist block cross-sectional cavity ratio is controlled below 25% in the sharing road right section, in order to adapt to the requirements of high bearing capacity.
