摘要
目的:为了提高患者对护理服务满意度并减少检查过程中造影剂外漏发生率,分析和探讨在增强计算机断层扫描(CT)检查中实施系统护理干预的价值。方法:选取1200例在2014年2月至2016年2月来中山市人民医院行增强CT检查的患者,并通过抽签的方法将其分为观察组和对照组,各600例,对照组患者在检查过程中采取常规护理措施,而观察组患者在检查过程中则采取系统化护理干预措施,比较不同护理措施对患者满意度以及造影剂外漏发生率的影响。结果:观察组患者造影剂外漏发生率及焦虑程度评分和对照组相比明显降低,护理满意度则明显上升,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对增强CT检查患者实施系统化护理干预,有助于提高检查的成功率及患者对护理服务满意度,预防各种并发症的发生。
Objective In order to improve patient satisfaction with nursing care and reduce the incidence of contrast leakage in the course of examination, the value and significance of implementing systemic nursing intervention in enhanced computed tomography（CT） examination were analyzed and discussed. Methods 1200 cases were selected from February 2014 to February 2016 who were enrolled in Zhongshan People＇s Hospital for enhanced CT examination. The subjects were dividedinto observation group and control group by lottery and each group consisted of 600 patients. Routine nursing measures were taken in control group, while the observation group adopted systematic nursing interventions to compare the effect of different nursing measures on patient satisfaction and incidence of contrast agent leakage. Results The incidence of contrast agent leakage and the degree of anxiety in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction of nursing care was significantly increased, the difference was significant statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of systemic nursing intervention in patients with enhanced CT examination helps to improve the success rate of examination and patient satisfaction with care services, and to prevent the occurrence of various complications.
