摘要
目的探讨伙伴互助教育联合实景观摩学习法对CT血管造影(CTA)检查患者检查配合度及造影剂不良反应的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的CTA检查患者98例为研究对象,随机将其等分成对照组与观察组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用伙伴互助教育联合实景观摩学习法,比较两组患者的检查配合度及造影剂不良反应。结果观察组患者检查教育、检查准备、检查操作及检查护理配合情况高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组造影剂不良反应发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将伙伴互助教育联合实景观摩学习法应用于CTA检查患者中,能提升患者的检查配合度,减少造影剂不良反应,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of applying partner assistance education combined with real-life empathic learning method for the degree of adaptability for CT angiography(CTA)examination and adverse reactions of contrast agents.Methods To select 98 cases of patients with CTA examine admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given partner assistance education combined with real-life empathic learning method based on the control group to compare the degree of adaptability for examination and the adverse effects of contrast agents between the patients of two groups.Results The examination education,examination preparation,examination operation and the degree of adaptability for examination and nursing of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of contrast agents in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of partner assistance education combined with real-life empathic learning method in CTA examination could improve the degree of adaptability for examination of patients and reduce the adverse reactions of contrast agents,which was worth popularizing and applying.
