原位自生Ni-Al/Al复合材料的微观组织及弯曲行为研究

摘要 以铝粉和镍粉为原料,应用粉末冶金制备了原位Ni-Al/Al复合材料。研究了加热温度对原位复合材料弯曲行为和微观组织的影响。结果表明:Ni-Al/Al复合材料的组织均匀;原位增强相为Ni Al_3。随加热温度的升高,Ni-Al/Al原位复合材料的弯曲强度先增大后减小,Ni-Al/Al原位复合材料的断口光滑平整,表现出脆性断裂的特征。 Ni-Al/Al in-situ composite was prepared by powder metallurgy method taking Al powder and Ni powder as raw materials. The influence of heating temperature on the bending behaviorand microstructureof the composite was investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the composite is quite uniform. The in-situ reinforcement phase is NiAl_3. The bending strength of the in-situ Ni-Al/Al composite firstly increases with the heating temperature and then decreases. The fracture of the composite is smooth and flat, which is in the character of brittleness fracture.
