摘要
用粉末冶金制备石墨wt.%含量为0,3,6,9的镍基自润滑合金,研究不同石墨含量对材料摩擦学性能的影响。
In this paper, Ni - based alloy/W/graphite self - lubricating composites with different graphite addition amounts (0, 3,6 and 9wt. % ) were prepared using P/M (powder metallurgy) method. The effects of graphite addition amount on the friction and wear performances of the composites at room temperature in sliding against Al2 O3 ceramic material were investigated using a pin -on -disk tribometer.
