摘要
本文分析总结了当前城市慢病健康管理的特点,并指出其中存在的问题,主要包括:社区卫生服务机构慢病健康管理供给不能满足实际需求;信息化进程中理想与现实差距较大;慢病健康管理产业发展过程中服务缺乏监管;各类医疗保险中服务范畴的混淆。未来,城市慢病管理工作应完善体系,强化社区卫生服务机构的慢病管理功能;多方合作,弥补移动慢病管理产品理想和现实的差距;加强监管,促进慢病健康管理产业有序发展;厘清界限,实现各类健康保险合作共赢。
The presented status about urban chronic disease management are reviewed.Some problems,such as service provided by community health system couldn＇t be fit for the needs,there is a gap between reality and ideality during the process of information,lack of regulation on health management service industry,service boundaries has been confused between basic health insurance and commercial health insurance are pointed out.In future,chronic disease management function of community health system should been enhanced,multi-cooperate so as to narrow the gap between reality and ideality during the process of information,stronger supervision on health management industry to promote it development,clarify the service boundaries so that different health insurance could be win-win cooperation.
