摘要
粉煤灰作为燃煤电厂的工业固体废弃物之一,其综合利用率一直受到很大的关注,而将粉煤灰作为一种非传统的人为氧化铝资源近几年来已经成为一个研究热点,从粉煤灰中提取氧化铝能够降低粉煤灰环境污染的风险,同时符合国家循环经济的发展要求。本文综述了以粉煤灰为原料制备氧化铝的潜在应用方法,评述了烧结法、酸浸取/焙烧法、其他新工艺的特点、反应原理、优点以及其存在的缺陷。最后总结了目前粉煤灰提取氧化铝亟待解决的关键问题。
Fly ash was an industrial by-product of thermal power plant electricity generation. Its comprehensive utilization has been a lot of attention,and fly ash as a kind of non-traditional artificial alumina resources has become a research hotspot in recent years. Extracting alumina from fly ash can reduce the risk of environmental pollution of fly ash,meanwhile it conform to the requirements of the country the development of circular economy. Using fly ash as raw materials was reviewed in this paper the preparation of potential application method of the alumina sintering process are reviewed,and in this paper,summarized acid leaching/roasting method,the characteristics of other new technology,reaction principle,advantages,and its defects. Finally,the article can be summarized currently extract alumina fly ash key problems to be solved.
