摘要
采用石灰石烧结熟料自粉化方法对从粉煤灰中提取氧化铝进行了研究,系统探讨了熟料烧成条件对氧化铝溶出率的影响。结果表明,在熟料烧成中,当生料配方C/A值为1.8,烧结温度为1 380℃,保温时间为60 min,出炉温度为800℃时,熟料在规定的溶出条件下,熟料中Al2O3浸出率可达79%以上。
It is studied on extracting alumina from fly ash by the way of limestone sinter and self powdering, discusses the influence of the sintered conditions of powder on alumina leaching. The results show that optimal technological condition is: the value of raw prescription C/A is 1.8, sintered temperature is 1 380 ℃, the preservation time is 60 min and the temperature of pulling the sintered block is 800 ℃, under the set leaching conditions, the leaching ration can be more than 79%.
