摘要
利用粉煤灰为原料制备高纯超细氧化铝粉体。给出了采用硅酸二钙晶相转变自粉化、高效分散剂———碳化法从粉煤灰中制备氧化铝方法的工艺路线 ,确定了从粉煤灰制备高纯超细氧化铝粉体的最佳工艺条件 。
Ultrafine powder of aluminum oxide was successfully prepared by using of fly ash.It also presented the process of Using C 2S(2CaO.SiO 2) crystal phase transfer and self powder,high efficient disperser——carbonize methods for the preparation of aluminum powder from fly ash,and confirmed the optimum process condition of abstracting aluminum oxide from fly ash.This has opened a new way for the high value usage of fly ash.
