摘要
通过查阅、整理国内外有关针刺治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤临床及实验研究的文献资料,发现针刺可通过保护神经细胞组织形态、改善脑血流量、升高中枢单胺类神经递质、调节信号传导通路、抑制细胞凋亡、促进神经营养因子及其受体表达、刺激神经干细胞的增殖和分化,从而发挥神经保护的作用,并指出目前研究中存在的一些问题。
Through research literature which focuses on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage treated with acupuncture in China and abroad,in order to find out that acupuncture therapy can play a role of neuroprotective effect in promoting neurotrophic factors and their receptors to express as well as stimulating proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells by protecting the morphology of neural cell,improving local blood flow volume to increase monoamines neuro-transmitters,regulate signal and inhibit apoptosis.Some problems also have been raised in currently research.
