摘要
本文研究了铅酸动力电池用胶体分散液,分析了胶体粒径分布、粘度,并对不同胶体分散液配制的电解液对电池综合性能的影响进行测试。研究发现,不同牌号的气相二氧化硅表现基本相当,但气相二氧化硅与硅溶胶的混合母液在粒径分布、储存期及有效抑制电解液分层等方面具有明显的优势。
This paper focuses on colloidal dispersion used for power lead-acid batteries. The particle size distribution and viscosity of colloidal dispersion and the influence of electrolytes with different colloid dispersion on the overall performances of the power lead-acid batteries are analyzed. It is found that the influences of different brands of fumed silica are similar on the whole, but the influence of the mixed mother liquid of fumed silica with silica sol is predominant in all aspects, especially in uniform particle size distribution, storage period and electrolyte stratification resistance.
