气浮预处理工艺对气田水的处理效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 针对气田污水与油田污水混合处理后,对污水处理系统的工艺及设备造成腐蚀及外输水质不达标的问题,采用气浮预处理工艺对气田污水进行预处理后再与油田污水混合处理。通过优化气浮预处理工艺的加药浓度、气水比、回流比,保证污水处理系统外输水质达标。优化结果表明,在有机絮凝剂加药浓度30 mg/L、回流比20%、气水比7%条件下,气浮处理气田水效果最佳,出水含油浓度为8.08 mg/L、悬浮物浓度为10.99 mg/L,达到预处理外输指标要求。气田污水气浮预处理系统投产后,有效改善了油田污水处理系统效果,含油污水站外输含油和悬浮物平均浓度为2.54 mg/L和3.19 mg/L,可满足污水站外输水质要求。 Gas-field sewage mixed with Oil-field sewage caused corrosion of sewage treatment equipments,and output water unqualified cannot meet the correlative standard.Therefore,floatation pre-treatment process was adopted to treat Gas-field sewage before mixed with Oil-field sewage.The agent concentration,gas-water ratio,reflux ratio were optimized to guarantee the output water quality of the sewage treat system.The optimization result shows that the floatation pre-treatment running best when the agent concentration is 30mg/L,the reflux ratio is 20%,the gas-water ratio is 7%.At this point,after being treatment,the oil content and the suspended content were 8.08mg/L and 10.99mg/L in the output water,which meet the output standard.Floatation pre-treatment process effectively improved the Oilfield sewage treatment system,and the average value of Oil-content and the suspended content are 2.54 mg/L and 3.19mg/L in the output water of sewage station,which meet the oilfield output standard.
