摘要
为减少絮凝剂的用量,分析采用电化学絮凝与化学絮凝法联合处理油田聚驱污水.通过正交实验确定电化学絮凝的最佳实验条件:电极板间距为9 mm,电解时间为16 min,电流密度为1 000 A/m2.电化学絮凝与絮凝剂PAC联合处理聚驱污水后,可使PAC的加剂质量浓度减小660 mg/L,上清液透光率接近99.0%;电化学絮凝与絮凝剂CPAM联合处理聚驱污水后,可使CPAM的加剂质量浓度减小192 mg/L,上清液透光率接近99.0%.且经联合处理后,污水中絮体量小,易于后续过程处理.
Polymer flooding technology has been used successfully in some oil fields,but the produced water is more difficult to treat than that from water flooding.In order to save the dosage of flocculent,the electrolytic flocculation united with chemical flocculation was studied.The optimal experimental condition of electrolytic flocculation was determined by orthogonal test: the space between electrodes was 9 mm,the electrolytic time was 16 min,the current density was 1 000 A·m-2.After treating the wastewater of polymer flooding by electrolytic flocculation and PAC,the dosage of PAC can save nearly 700 mg·L-1,and the light transmission of the supernatant liquid was nearly 99.0%.After treating the wastewater of polymer flooding by electrolytic flocculation and CPAM,the dosage of CPAM can save nearly 200 mg/L,and the light transmission of the supernatant liquid was nearly 99.0%.The floc was less,this would be propitious to later treatment.
