摘要
利用脉冲电源电解的方式消除了铝阳极絮凝过程中的钝化现象.电解电流半衰期、极化后开路电位、废水的化学需氧量(CODCr)和油的去除率等实验结果表明,脉冲电絮凝可消除铝阳极的钝化,提高电解电流效率;在相同的去除率时,脉冲电絮凝比直流电絮凝节能30%;在选定的实验条件下脉冲电絮凝处理餐饮废水的优化参数值为:电流密度6.8A/m2,脉冲频率0.15Hz,占空比0.7.
Apply the pulse power electrolysis to eliminate aluminum anodic passive films in the process of electrocoagulation . Electrolysis current half life, open circuit potential after polarization, removal efficiency for COD_(Cr) and oil were measured and compared between direct current and pulsed current electrocoagulation. The experimental results show that pulsed current electrocoagulation can eliminate the anodic passive films effectively and improve current efficiency. To the same removal efficiency of COD_(Cr) and oil, pulsed current electrocoagulation can reduce energy consumption about 30% in contrast of direct current electrocoagulation. The optimum parameters of plused current electrocoagulation under the experimental conditions were confirmed as 6.8 A/m^(2) for current density, 0.15 Hz for frequency, 0.7 for duty cycle, respectively.
