摘要
气田甲醇污水水质变化大,导致甲醇污水处理系统运行过程中出现各种问题。采用混凝沉降工艺去除水中的油悬浮物及结垢离子,能够保障后续处理单元正常运行,缓解设备管道的腐蚀及结垢现象。实验表明:各集气站脱水产生的含甲醇污水经水质预处理、甲醇回收、污水回注处理后,回收的甲醇产品含醇量≥90%,拉回集气站重复利用,脱甲醇废水处理后含甲醇浓度<0.1%,能够最大限度地实现资源回用,消除环境污染风险,降低天然气开采成本。
Methanol sewage quality changes a lot in gas field,leading to various problems occurring in the process of methanol sewage disposal system operation.Adopting coagulating sedimentation to remove oil suspended matter and scale-forming ion is likely to make further treatment units operate normally and relieve the corrosion and scaling on equipments and pipelines.The experiment shows that the methanol product,which is retrieved from methanol-bearing sewage produced through dewatering in each gas gathering station which has undergone water-quality pretreatment,methanol recovery and sewage reinjection treatment,contains alcohol more than 90% and when taken to the station for recycling,its methanol concentration is less than 0.1% after methanol sewage removal process,maximally realizing resource recycling,eliminating the risk of environment pollution and reducing the cost of natural gas production.
