摘要
通过对安川∑-Ⅴ系列伺服电机工作原理的学习,选择STM32F427ZIT7芯片为其设计了一种伺服电机控制器,通过MCU中的3位地址信号16位数据总线和MCX314相连,信号经过ADUM3440、光耦TLP281隔离和差分驱动芯片AM26LS31进行信号通信,伺服启动信号经ADUM3440后利用ULN2003作为驱动芯片,来使能电机。通过改变方向的驱动脉冲模式实现转向控制,并利用W5500芯片的SIP总线协议完成与上位机通讯。最后将编码反馈信号显示在液晶屏上。此设计可以实现伺服电机的平稳控制和精确调速,具有良好的现实意义。
Through studying the working principle of yaskawa ∑- V servo motor,STM32F427ZIT7 chip is choosed to design a kind of servo motor controller.In this controller,the three address signal and 16 bit data bus are linked with MCX314, which transmit signal by ADUM3440,optoelectronic isolator TLP281 and differential drive chip AM26LS31.After ADUM3440, servo actuating signal utilize driver chip of ULN2003 to control motor.Steering control is achieved by drive pulse mode which can change the direction.The SIP bus protocol of W5500 chip is used to communicate with computer.
