摘要
针对技术密集型的白车身焊装车间,提出一种基于模块化设计的翻转台方案,以降低因车型更新换代而导致大量夹具替换的资金耗费。这种方案基于模块化设计思想,将翻转台设计成驱动模块、支撑模块、转鼓模块、配重模块和夹具模块五部分,并详细说明了各部分模块的结构设计,且重点阐述了创新的结构点。最终使用SolidWorks的Motion模块规划相应的角度位移,通过仿真计算得到与最大负载匹配的运动参数和动力参数,为实现翻转台的高可靠性提供理论依据,保证了翻转台具有可重新组合、可利旧和便于维修的特点。
Aiming at the technology-intensive body-in-white welding workshop,a modular design-based turning platform scheme is proposed to reduce the capital cost of replacing a large number of fixtures due to model upgrades.This scheme is based on the idea of modular design.The turning table is designed into five parts:drive module,support module,drum module,counterweight module and fixture module.The structural design of each part of the module is explained in detail,and the innovative structural points are emphasized.Finally,the Motion module of SolidWorks is used to plan the corresponding angular displacement,and the motion parameters and dynamic parameters that match the maximum load are obtained through simulation calculation.It provides a theoretical basis for realizing the high reliability of the turning table,and guarantees that the turning table has the characteristics of recombination,recyclability and easy maintenance.
