控制力矩陀螺随形焊接装置的设计与实现

摘要 为解决手工焊接效率低、焊缝质量差、焊缝力学性能和气密性差等问题,研发一种四坐标轴的控制力矩陀螺随形焊接装置,以适应圆形和非圆形外壳与框架的拼焊。设计随形焊接装置的机械结构,搭建钎焊执行机构,研发随形焊接装置的控制系统,并进行焊接试验与性能测试。结果表明:所研发的随形焊接装置可以完全满足控制力矩陀螺外壳与框架的密封焊接要求,工作效率高、焊缝表面均匀美观、焊接过程温升小、壳体内部零件不会损坏,并且焊缝的力学性能和气密性与手工焊接相比均显著提高。 In order to solve the problems of low manual welding efficiency,poor weld quality,poor weld mechanical properties and air tightness,a four-coordinate axis control moment gyro shape-follow welding device was developed to adapt the butt welding of circular and non-circular shell and frame.The mechanical structure of the shape-follow welding device was designed,the brazing actuator was built,the control system of the shape-follow welding device was developed,and the welding test and performance test were carried out.The results show that the developed shape-follow welding device can fully meet the requirements of sealing welding between the shell and frame of the control moment gyro,the working efficiency is greatly improved,the weld surface is uniform and beautiful,the temperature rise in the welding process is small,the internal parts of the shell will not be damaged,and the mechanical properties of the weld and air tightness are both significantly improved compared with manual welding.
