摘要
对S355NL连铸圆坯表面横裂纹形成原因进行了低倍和高倍凝固组织研究,并对裂纹区域微观凝固组织进行了能谱成分分析,根据分析结果推测:表面横裂纹萌生于结晶器,出结晶器后在二冷区扩展,进入矫直阶段裂纹沿着振痕波谷处发生了撕裂和贯通。实践表明,通过采取提高拉速8.69%、降低二次冷却水强度10%和采用包晶钢专用保护渣的措施可预防包晶钢表面横向裂纹的发生。
The formation causes of surface transversal cracks of S355NL continuous casting round bloom was investigat- ed using macrostructure and microstructure solidified structure analysis, and energy spectrum composition of crack zone was also analyzed. According to analyzed results, it can be inferred that transversal cracks originate from mould, cracks propagate in the secondary cooling system, and then cracks are dilacerated in the straightening stage. Surface transversal cracks were prevented through improving continuous casting speed by 8.69%, decreasing secondary cooling strength by 10%, and adopting special peritectic steel mould slag.
