摘要
对板材冲击韧性影响因素及工艺控制方法进行了介绍。板材冲击性能用来衡量钢板材料承受冲击载荷抵抗断裂的能力,在实际生产中受化学成分、金相组织、非金属夹杂及炼钢、轧钢和热处理工艺等诸多因素的影响。为了提高钢板冲击韧性,必须通过转炉强化冶炼、白渣精炼、连铸保护浇注及控轧控冷工艺等操作提高组织均匀性和钢水纯净度。
The influential factors and process control methods of steel plate impact toughness are introduced in the paper.Plate impact properties are used to measure the ability of steel plate to bear impact load and resist breakage and influenced by many factors such as chemical composition,metallographic structure,non-metallic inclusions and processes of steel-making,rolling and heat treatment and so on.In order to increase the impact toughness of steel plate,structure uniformity and steel cleanliness must be improved by converter strengthened smelting,white slag refining,submerge casting and TMCP rolling process.
