摘要
该文结合目前中医界对酒精性肝病的研究进展,首先对酒精性肝病的中医病因病机进行了较为系统的论述;其次针对酒精性肝病的临床特点,总结了中医治疗方法(如分期论治、分型论治等);阐述了单味中药和中药复方治疗酒精性肝病的实验室药理学的研究近况。最后针对中医在酒精性肝病的治疗和研究上存在的不足,提出了合理的展望。
Combined with the current of ALD research progress of Chinese medicine practitioners, Firstly, TCM cause and pathogenesis of ALD arc discussed system in this paper; Secondly, for the clinical features of ALD, the article summarizes the Chinese medicine treatment methods （ such as treatment by stage, syndrome-typing based therapy, etc. ）; The article also describes the research status of single herbs and compound ALD laboratory pharmacology. Finally the lack of Chinese medicine in the treatment and research of ALD, the authors propose a reasonable prospect.
