摘要 在分析以往高速铁路现浇梁施工过程中人工养护混凝土各种缺陷原因的基础上,探索并研制了一套新型铁路现浇梁全自动智能养护系统。现场配备摄像头实时监控,有效解决了铁路箱梁腹板养护困难的问题,并使混凝土养护工作由户外转至室内。该系统的应用节约了人工成本,减少了人为因素对混凝土养护质量的影响,实现了整孔现浇梁混凝土面喷水保湿养护的目的,提高了混凝土养护质量。 According to the various defects and their causes of artificial concrete curing during the period of existing high speed railway cast-in-place beam construction,a new automatic intelligent maintenance system for railway castin-place beam was explored and developed.The difficulties of railway box girder web maintenance were effectively solved and the outdoor concrete curing work was changed to indoor curing work through the real-time monitoring with equipped cameras on site.Labor cost could be saved,the influence of artificial factors on the concrete curing quality could be reduced,the concrete surface water moisturizing maintenance for whole hole cast-in-place beam could be achieved and the concrete curing quality of railway cast-in-place box girder could be improved.
