摘要
通过正交试验,研究了掺加自养护剂高性能混凝土在标准养护和自然养护条件下的28d抗压强度,分析了配制自养护高性能混凝土的可行性。试验表明:掺入自养护剂后,低水胶比高性能混凝土在自然环境下无需人工养护,其28d抗压强度和相应的标养混凝土相同。在高性能混凝土中掺入含水率高的预湿轻质骨料自养护剂,可以改善混凝土的水化状态,减少干缩应力,节省混凝土的养护费用,是一种提高高性能混凝土养护效果的新方法。
By orthogonal experiment,the 28 d compressive strenghs of high performance concrete used pre-soaked fine lightweight aggregate as "autogenous curing agent" under standard curing and nature curing were studied.The feasibility of mading high performance concrete using autogenous curing agent was discussed.The result of test indicates:Compressive strength of the concrete with autogenous curing at 28 days under nature curing is as high as under standard curing.Autogenous curing agent can improve the hydration degree of concrete,reduce the compressive stress which water's surface dropping capillary in concrete caused and sensitivity to cracking.
