摘要
向家坝升船机闸首工作闸门采用带通航卧倒小门的下沉式双扉平板门,门体内布置有机械设备,具有结构复杂、精度要求高、制造难度大、工艺复杂等难点。针对其难点,探讨了门体制造工艺流程,阐述了下料、焊接、门体拼装、机加工工艺等关键措施。制造验收和现场安装调试验证了工艺的可靠性。
The lower head service gate in Xiangjiaba ship lift is the sinking- type double- leaf plate gate with small navigation flap gates and the mechanical equipment installed inside the gate. The manufacture of the gate is of great difficulty due to its complicated structure,complex manufacturing technique and high precision requirement. The gate manufacturing techniques and major processes are introduced and discussed,including the blanking,welding,assembly,machining,testing and final acceptance. Practice shows the reliability of the manufacturing techniques.
