摘要
三峡升船机下闸首工作门充气型充压止水的封水和抗磨损效果很好,但存在漏气和空压机保压时间短的问题,需优化充压止水型式以解决该问题。基于有限元计算的基本理论,采用二阶五项Rivlin模型模拟止水橡胶材料性能,并将拟合橡胶材质实验数据所得的超弹性参数应用于充压止水的非线性有限元计算中,通过计算分析对比原方案充压止水型式与优化方案的封水性能,并结合装置气密性和制造安装等方面进行综合比较,得到了更优的工作门充压止水型式,为工作门的止水改造和同类型闸门止水的设计提供有益的参考依据。
The pressure-filled telescopic seal on downstream lock head service gate of Three gorges ship-lift has good effect of water-stopping and wear resistance,there are still problems of air leakage and short pressure holding.So it is necessary to optimize the pressure-filled telescopic sea to solve this problem.In this paper,based on the Finite element analysis theory,the hyperelastic parameters obtained by fitting the experimental data of rubber material with the second-order five term Rivlin model are applied to the nonlinear finite element calculation of pressure-filled telescopic seal.Through calculation,analysis and comparison of the water stopping performance of original and optimized seal section,combined with the comprehensive comparison of the seal manufacturing process and the air tightness of the device,a better pressurized seal section is obtained,which provides a useful reference for the seal transformation of the service gate and the seal design of the same type of gate.
