摘要
通过试验得到最高准用膨润土添量下水泥基回填材料流动度、导热系数与抗压强度的变化规律,优选出水灰比0.75、砂灰比2.00的性能最均衡.进一步结合石墨对材料的性能影响,选择合理基础组分配比对材料的导热性能进行提升.优化后的回填材料导热系数可以达到2.01 W/(m·K).将回填材料参数应用于工程实例进行模拟计算,使用最优性能的回填材料时可有效降低钻孔热阻、减少钻孔总深度,换热效率可提升7.8%,对地源热泵系统的初投资与运行能耗降低具有重要意义.
The fluidity,thermal conductivity and compressive strength of cement-based grouting materials with the highest amount of bentonite were obtained through experiments,and the optimal balance of properties was water-cement ratio of 0.75 and sand-cement ratio of 2.00.Furthermore,considering the influence of graphite on the properties of the material,the thermal conductivity of the material can be improved by selecting a reasonable allocation ratio of basic groups,and the thermal conductivity of the optimized backfill material can reach 2.01 W/(m·K).By applying the parameters of backfill materials to the engineering example for simulation calculation,the optimal backfill materials can effectively reduce the thermal resistance of borehole,reduce the total depth of borehole,and increase the heat transfer efficiency by 7.8%,which is of great significance to the initial investment of the ground source heat pump system and reduce the operating energy consumption.
