大跨度平面桁架直升门设计与有限元分析 ——以余姚西分工程为例

摘要 余姚西分工程瑶街弄调控枢纽挡洪闸设计采用净宽45 m的大跨度平面桁架直升门,将桁架直升门简化为平面问题无法全面弄清闸门的受力状态。鉴于此,采用数值模拟方法对大跨度平面桁架直升门结构进行工程特性和受力状态分析,并与实测资料进行对比分析,可为闸门的结构布置、杆系设计提供技术支撑,同时为同类闸门的设计计算提供参考思路。 The design of the flood control gate for Yaojienong Control Hub of Yao River Westward Diversion Water Project adopts a large-span plane-truss vertical gate with a net width of 45 m.It is difficult to fully understand the stress state of the gate by simplifying the truss vertical gate as a flat problem.The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the engineering characteristics and stress state of the large-span plane-truss vertical gate structure,and compared with measured data,which can provide technical support for the structural layout and rod system design of the gate,offering a reference for the design and calculation of similar gates.
