摘要
目的了解我省各级疾控机构实验室水质检测能力现状,查找不足,促进实验室资源的合理配置和使用,为卫生行政部门的水质安全管理决策提供科学依据。方法通过调查问卷的方式,对全省95个疾控机构的水质检验能力、实验室设备配置、人力资源等情况进行调查评估。结果我省仅1家地级市疾控中心具备全项指标检测能力,省级、地级市、县级市和县(区)的常规指标的平均检测能力分别为:42项、37.9项、31.1项和24.6项,非常规指标的平均检测能力分别为:62项、33.8项、2.6项和1.3项;95个疾控机构中最多的配备了23类仪器设备,最少的仅配备5类,平均每个疾控机构配备13类,配备率为46.43%;全省共有水质检验人员474人,平均每个疾控机构仅5人。结论我省疾控机构水质检测能力总体水平不高,形势十分严峻,要提高认识,重视人才队伍建设,加大财政投入,改善仪器装备和实验室场所等硬件建设,进一步提高疾控机构实验室水质检测能力。
Objective To investigate the status of water quality testing capabilities of all levels Laboratories of CDCs in Fujian province, find out the shortcomings, promote the rational resource distribution and utilization, and provide a scientific basis for decision-making of health administrative departments.Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate and estimated the water quality testing capabilities , laboratory equipment and human resources of 95 CDCs in Fujian province.Results There was only one county-level-city CDC had the capacity to detect all the 106 items in our province, the average detection capabilities of conventional indicators of provincial, prefecture-level-city, county- level-city and district-level CDCs were 42, 37.9, 31.1, 24.6, and unconventional indicators were 62, 33.8, 2.6, 1.3;Most of the CDC equipped with 23 classes equipments, the least equipped with only five classes, on average every CDC equipped with 13 classes, the rate of equipping was 46.43% ; The number of the water quality testing personnel was 474, and every CDC had 5 person. Conclusions The total level of water quality testing capabilities of CDCs in Fujian province is not good enough, painted a bleak picture of the situation, we must improve our understanding, place great importance to professional training, increase financial input, improve the equipments and laboratory construction, and comprehensively improve the water quality testing capability.
