摘要
2010年,原北京市卫生局正式发文试行北京市公共卫生医师规范化培训试点工作,迄今为止,已经招收3届共37名学员参加培训.目前,北京市疾病预防控制中心作为此项工作的具体组织实施单位,不断加强培训的组织和管理,查找不足、总结经验,以期不断深化和推动公共卫生医师规范化培训工作.本文通过对北京市公共卫生医师规范化培训试点工作的现状分析,找出目前工作中存在的问题,并提出合理化建议.
Since the official document has been issued by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Health in 2010,the standardized training pilot work for public health physicians in Beijing has recruited 3 groups with the totality of 37trainees,Beijing centers for disease control and prevention serving as the specific department for organization and implementation,has continuously enhanced the organization and administration of the training,has found its deficiencies and concluded its experiences,in order to constantly deepen and push the work.The paper has intended to analyze the status of the standardized training for public health physicians in Beijing,find out its problems and put forward reasonable proposals.
