摘要
应用ProCAST软件对生产中出现浇不足缺陷的某薄壁铸件进行了流场分析和缺陷预测,通过对不同方法的分析结果进行比较,选择了较为合理的模拟方法。通过对不同浇注温度、浇注速度的方案进行分析,确定了铸件的浇注温度和浇注速度的合理区间。采用这种方法,对另一铸件进行了模拟,预测的浇不足趋势与实际铸件浇注情况基本一致,对改进工艺起到了指导作用。
Flow field and defects were analyzed by ProCAST for a thin wall product with misrun defects during production. A reasonable process method was selected by comparing the results of different analysis methods. The reasonable interval of pouring temperature and pouring speed of the defective product was selected through the simulation for different pouring temperature and pouring speed. In this paper, the other product was analyzed based on this method. The misrun tendency prediction of analysis results is basically similar to casting verification. The simulation is helpful to the process improvement.
