摘要
分析了熔模铸钢件热裂产生的原因和过程，论述了防止热裂的工艺措施，并介绍了自割内浇口转移热裂及其设计方法。
In this paper, the reason and process of hot tear forming for the investment steel castings are analysed, The technological method of preventing hot tear is discussed, and the designing method of the selfcutgate for shifting hot tear is introduced.
