摘要
本文以浇口杯为提供补缩金属液的补缩源,开发了一种新的熔模铸钢件浇注系统设计法,经生产验证表明,铸件工艺出品率可达70％左右。
In this paper, the cup is considered as feeding resource which provides the feeding melten metal, a new method of designing the gating system for the investment steel castings has been developed. After the verification of production, the result shows that the gating system yield can increase up to 70 % by use of this method.
