摘要
目的研究纤溶酶注射液联合血栓通在老年缺血性脑卒中的治疗效果。方法以近两年我院收治的老年缺血性脑卒中患者为临床研究对象,按照数字列表法随机分成两组,每组40例。对照组采用基础治疗的基础上使用血栓通治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上采用纤溶酶注射液治疗。对比分析两组患者的疗效、神经功能损伤评分改善以及凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APPI)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)指标改变情况。结果同组与治疗前比较,两组的神经功能均显著改善(P均<0.05);而观察组的改善更加显著,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的PT、FIB指标均在治疗后显著下降,APPT指数显著升高,与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论纤溶酶注射液联合血栓通在治疗老年缺血性脑卒中方面具有显著的临床效果,患者的神经功能以及健康指标改善更加显著,是临床效果更佳的治疗方式,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Fibrinogenase Injection combined with Xue-shuantong on elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Elderly patients with ischemic stroke in recent two years in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups ,40 cases in each. The patients in control group were treated with Xueshuantong, while the patients in observation group were treated with Fibrinogenase Injection combined with Xueshuantong. The curative effect,improvement of neurological function score and PT,APPT and FIB index changes were compared. Results The neurological function of the two groups was significantly im-proved in two groups（P 〈0. 05） . The neurological function of the observation group improved significandy as compared with the control group after treatment and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The PT and FIB indexes of the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment, and the APPT index was significantly increased as compared with the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was significant. Conclusion Fibrinogenase Injection combined with Xueshuantong has signifi-cant clinical effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke by improving neurological function and health index more significandy. It is worthy of popularization and application.
