摘要
目的探讨丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)患者临床疗效及可能作用机制。方法我院收治的ACI患者125例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组63例与对照组62例。在常规对症治疗的基础上,对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组给予丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。治疗2周末,比较两组临床疗效、血清炎性因子、脑神经递质等指标。结果观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量低于对照组(P<0.01);γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、乙酰胆碱(Ach)、谷氨酸(Glu)脑电S谱值低于对照组,多巴胺(DA)脑电S谱值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀治疗有助于提高ACI患者临床疗效,可能与拮抗炎症反应、改善脑内神经递质水平等因素有关。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and possible mechanism of butylphthalide combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients with ACI in our hospital were divided into observation group(n=63)and control group(n=62).On the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group was given atorvastatin calcium therapy while the observation group was given butylphthalide combined with atorvastatin calcium therapy.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors,and brain neurotransmitters were compared between two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Serum IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The EEG S-spectrums of gamma aminobutyric acid(GABA),acetylcholine(ACh)and glutamic acid(Glu)were lower and EEG S-spectrum of dopamine(DA)was higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with atorvastatin calcium help to improve the clinical efficacy of ACI patients.The mechanism may be related to antagonistic inflammatory response and improvement of brain neurotransmitters levels.
