摘要
将金溶胶组装于表面修饰了γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(MPTS)的玻璃基底表面,再将装饰了金纳米粒子种子的玻璃片浸泡在含有酒石酸,银氨溶液,葡萄糖的种子生长液中得到粗糙的表面,经过十二烷基硫醇修饰后,水滴的最大接触角为160°,滚动角小于5°,证明其具备了疏水性能.分别将负载银纳米粒子亲水和疏水的玻璃片浸渍在细菌的悬浮液中,亲水薄膜遭到严重的破坏,表面附着细菌,疏水薄膜则相反.
Gold sol is assembled in the surface of glass substrates modified by Gamma sh propyl triethoxy silane(MPTS). The glass decorated with gold nanoparticles seed is soaked in liquid containing tartaric acid,silver ammonia,liquid glucose to get the rough surface. With the modification of dodecyl mercaptan,the largest contact angle of water droplets becomes 160 DHS and rolling angle is less than 5 DHS,proving it has had hydrophobic performance. The glasses loaded respectively with the silver nanoparticles hydrophilic and hydrophobic soaked in the bacteria suspension liavid,it turned out,hydrophilic membranes were seriously damaged,and bacteria adhered on the surface,however,hydrophobic membranes is opposite.
