摘要
为了提高纱布敷料的抗菌性能,文章在明确甲壳素纤维和大麻纤维的抗菌机理,并对甲壳素纤维纱线、大麻纤维纱线、棉和黏胶的性能进行测试分析的基础上,采用甲壳素纱线、大麻纱线分别与棉纱或黏胶合股,在CMS530HP型电脑横机上编织16种不同规格的纬平针织物和1+1罗纹织物。测试并分析织物的透气性、透湿性,采用琼脂平皿法测试织物对大肠杆菌的抗菌性能,并进行对比分析。结果表明,大麻与棉合股纱编织的织物抗菌效果最好,甲壳素与黏胶合股纱编织的织物抗菌效果最差。该研究可为纱布敷料的开发及其抗菌性能的改善提供技术参考。
In order to improve the anti-bacterial properties of gauze dressing, through clearly defining anti-bacterial mechanism of chitin fiber and hemp fiber, and testing and analyzing the performance of chitin fiber yarn,hemp yarn, cotton and viscose, 16 kinds of plain weft knitted fabric and 1+1 rib fabricwith different specifications were knitted by using plied yarns with chitin yarn, hemp yarn, cotton or viscose on the CMS530 HP computerized flat knitting machine. The air permeability and moisture permeability of fabrics were tested and analyzed. The antibacterial properties of various fabrics against escherichia coli were tested by agar plate method, and comparative analysis was carried out. The results show that the anti-bacterial effect of the fabric knitted byhemp and cotton plied yarn is the best, the anti-bacterial effect of the fabric knitted by chitin and viscose ply yarn is the worst.This study can provide technical references for developing gauze dressing and improving its anti-bacterial properties.
