摘要
为了有效降低空调的振动噪声,获得良好的静音和节能效果,在空调的设计过程中需要掌握和利用压缩机及配管系统的振动规律。利用有限元方法可以计算分析家用空调机的压缩机及配管系统的振动规律、振型模态和不同激励下的谐振响应,从而提高空调设计的合理性和有效性。
In order to effectively reduce air conditioning noise and vibration and to make its quiet and good energy saving effect,the compressors and piping system vibration behaviors need to be grasped and used in the air conditioner design process. The finite element method can be used to analysis of vibration behavior,vibration modal,resonant vibration response under different excitation states of the compressor and piping system in the home air conditioner. The analysis results can improve the air conditioner design to be rationality and effectiveness.
