摘要 商用空调设备的结构可靠性是评价机组最重要的指标之一。随着有限单元法及计算机技术的不断发展,CAE技术在商用空调结构可靠性设计中的运用越发广泛。本文针对商用空调结构可靠性设计的关键环节,结合工程实践,阐述了相关的CAE分析技术和研究方法,并对CAE在商用空调结构可靠性设计中的运用前景作了展望。 Structural reliability is one of the most important factors for evaluating the performance of the commercial air conditioners. With continuous development of the finite element method and computation technology, CAE is being applied more and more widely in structural reliability design of the commercial air conditioners. This paper presents CAE analysis technologies and research methods on structural reliability design of commercial air conditions in the practical projects, and also pictures a prospect of CAE application in structural reliability design of commercial air conditions.
