摘要
针对空调器配管系统中压缩机排气管及回气管振动较大的问题,通过对原配管系统振动仿真分析,分析出排气管、回气管与压缩机之间的共振区。再对管路结构进行优化设计来避开共振区,最后通过试验对优化结果进行了验证。结果表明,此优化设计减小了外机配管的振动,从而提高空调器压缩机配管可靠性。
In air conditioner pipe system, discharge pipe and air returning pipe of the compressor have a big vibration. Through simulation of air conditioner pipe system, obtained structure resonance between compressor and discharge pipe, also between compressor and aireturning pipe.Then did optimization design of air conditioner pipe system to avoid structure resonance.Finally tested it.Results present that the vibration was reduced, so reliability of air conditioner pipe system was raised.
